Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Smart Remote TV Universal application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Permitted Use & License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

IPTV Content & Stream Disclaimer

Smart Remote TV Universal is an open player utility that does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media or IPTV streams. Users are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying the legality and licensing of any third-party M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs they import into the application. We do not endorse or support unauthorized transmission of copyrighted content.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Account Settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

Trademark Acknowledgement

Samsung, LG, Sony, BRAVIA, Roku, Philips, TCL, Hisense, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, and Apple are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Smart Remote TV Universal is an independent third-party controller and has no official affiliation with any TV hardware manufacturer.
